参赛要求及信息
本年度的赛事编制为室内乐,决赛入围作品将由法国旅程乐团(Ensemble L'Itinéraire)于2024年11月16日晚7:30在成都城市音乐厅决赛音乐会进行演出并现场评审。比赛具体编制如下:
长笛(可兼短笛),单簧管(降B调/A调),小提琴(2),中提琴,大提琴,低音提琴,钢琴。
(注:参赛作品中不能包含预制钢琴以及任何钢琴内部演奏技巧写作。)
参赛作品可从以上编制中选择1-8位演奏家任意组合。作品长度8-12分钟。不接受任何包含电声、电子音乐以及声乐部分的作品。演奏员以人声作为声响效果的一部分则不受此限制。
参赛资格
1. 不限国籍、地区和年龄。
2. 参赛选手必须是注册在读学生身份。
3. 参赛作品必须是最近三年内创作的作品,风格不限。
4. 已公开出版的作品以及已获奖的作品,均不得参赛。
5. 每位参赛者以一件作品为限,并不得以假名或借他人姓名参赛。
本比赛为匿名参赛,参赛作品需标注创作时间。总谱中,除作品标题及必要的文字说明外,请勿书写参赛者姓名和其他非音乐符号。违者不得进入评选程序。
报名方式
参赛选手需提交以下材料:
1. 作品总谱一份 (总谱需整合为一个PDF文件,并以参赛者姓名+作品名称的方式命名。)
2. 本人身份证和学生证电子版。
3. 个人信息电子文档一份,内容需包括姓名、出生年月、籍贯/国籍、身份证号码、联系电话、电子邮箱地址、通讯地址、目前所就读的学校名称、作品名称、作品时长、以及作品创作年份。
5. 作品简介文档一份(PDF文件格式)。
6. 作品录音一份。(mp3格式)(建议提供,非必须)

比赛奖项设置及奖金
一等奖一名:奖金人民币15,000元整(税前),颁发获奖证书(电子版)。
二等奖二名:奖金人民币10,000元整(税前),颁发获奖证书(电子版)。
三等奖三名:奖金人民币5,000元整(税前),颁发获奖证书(电子版)。
优秀奖(若干名):颁发获奖证书(电子版)。
评委会有权决定以上各奖项及名额是否空缺,评选结果为终评结果。
附加说明
1.赛事组委会拥有所有获奖作品的出版权和永久演奏免付使用费的权利。
2.参赛者应同意遵守本次比赛章程规定内容,所提供的报名资料正确无误。参赛作品决无下列任何事项:作品曾参赛获奖;作品曾公开出版;假借他人姓名参赛。
如违反上述任何事项,则视为弃赛。若因此获奖则同意返还全部奖品或奖金。由此产生的任何法律纠纷概由参赛者本人负责。

◆Requirements and information
The instrumentation for this year's competition is chamber music. The finalists' works will be performed by the Ensemble L'Itinéraire from France, at the final concert held at Chengdu City Concert Hall on November 16, 2024, at 7:30 PM, where they will also be evaluated live. The specific details of the instrumentation are as follows:
Flute (Piccolo), Clarinet (B-flat/A), Violin (2), Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Piano.
(Note: The submitted works MUST NOT include preparations for the piano or any compositions that utilize internal extended techniques.)
The composition should be written for 1-8 instruments in any combination of above. Work that involves electroacoustic, electronic, or vocal will NOT be accepted. Performers that use human voices as part of the sound effect are exempt from this restriction.
The duration of the piece should be within 8-12 minutes.
Qualifications
1. Nationality, region, and age are not restricted.
2. Contestants must be registered students.
3. The submitted works must have been created within the last three years, with no restrictions on style.
4. Works that have been published or have won prizes are not eligible.
5. Each contestant is limited to one work and must not enter under a pseudonym or someone else's name.
This competition is anonymous. Entries must include the date of creation. In the full score, apart from the title of the work and necessary textual explanations, please do not write the name of the participant or any non-musical symbols. Entries that violate this rule will not be considered in the judging process.
◆How to enter
Participants must submit the following materials:
1. A single PDF file of the full score, named as “the participant's name+title of the work”.
2. Electronic copies of personal ID and student ID.
3. An electronic document of personal information, which should include: name, date of birth, place of origin/nationality, ID number, contact phone number, email address, mailing address, name of the school currently attended, title of the work, duration of the work, and the year the work was created.
4. A document containing a personal biography. (in PDF format)
5. A document containing a brief description of the work. (in PDF format)
6. A recording of the work in mp3 format (optional but recommended).

The juries have the right to decide the prizes and the number of the vacant winners, and the jury's decision is final.
◆Additional Directions
1. The organizing committee of the competition reserves the right to publish and perform the winning works perpetually without payment of any performance fees.
2. Participants agree to abide by the regulations of this competition and confirm that the information provided in their registration is accurate. The submitted works must not be involved in any of the following: having previously won a competition; having been publicly published; or entered under someone else's name. Violation of any of these conditions will result in disqualification. If a prize has been awarded under such circumstances, the participant agrees to return all prizes or prize money. Any legal disputes arising from such violations will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
